Head of the International Exchange Center
Laboratory Laboratory of thermal energy
Main research interests Green roof thermal storage air conditioning system, global environment-friendly Stirling cycle equipment, etc.
Research overview Our research is based on a new energy-saving comfortable air conditioning system that uses the rooftop vegetable garden as a heat storage tank throughout the year. By switching the mode of the rooftop planter to a solar collector or hotbed depending on the season, we can achieve both exhaust heat utilization and energy-saving air conditioning all year round.
In addition, assuming a connection to this system, we are conducting parallel research on a low-temperature difference Stalin engine for waste heat recovery and a comfortable tearoom space that exudes the Japanese spirit.
